What You’ll Do:

• Support the Kitchen Manager with day-to-day BOH operations
• Lead line and prep staff during shifts
• Assist with ordering, inventory, food prep and food costing
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Cook and prep menu items from our diverse scratch-made menu
• Help with scheduling and training new team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Kitchen experience required; leadership experience preferred
• Hardworking, dependable and ready to learn
• Ability to multitask and lead during high-volume service
• Strong communication and a positive attitude
