What You’ll Do:
- Support the Kitchen Manager with day-to-day BOH operations
- Lead line and prep staff during shifts
- Assist with ordering, inventory, food prep and food costing
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Cook and prep menu items from our diverse scratch-made menu
- Help with scheduling and training new team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Kitchen experience required; leadership experience preferred
- Hardworking, dependable and ready to learn

Assistant Kitchen Manager - Plainfield
Craft'd Plainfield is looking for the next Assistant Kitchen Manager for our original Plainfield location!
Craft'd is a family owned scratch Restaurant. Fun people, food and drinks are the name of the game.
Duties include managing line and prep staff. You will learn to manage day to day operations, ordering, daily inventory and prep lists, food costing, as well as scheduling. We are looking for a hard working, dedicated professional.
Will be responsible for upholding food and cleanliness standards. You will learn to prep and cook our diverse menu.
